Who We’re Looking For:
You’re proactive, reliable, and a natural problem solver. You have an eye for detail, a creative mindset, and a passion for helping people. You love working in a team, but you’re also disciplined and can take charge when needed.
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in patient service (healthcare, hospitality, or customer service).
✅ Organized, great at multitasking, and comfortable with data entry.
✅ Strong communication skills – in person and over the phone.
✅ Basic math skills – you'll be handling payments and financial discussions.
✅ A willingness to learn and grow – we love people who take initiative!
Bonus Points If You Have:
⭐ Experience in a chiropractic office.
⭐ Sales or management experience.
⭐ Spanish-speaking skills.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Checking patients in and out with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
- Handling payments, discussing payment plans, and verifying insurance benefits.
- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
- Answering phone calls and assisting patients with inquiries.
- Helping in therapy rooms as needed.
- Supporting and guiding other Chiropractic Assistants to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Taking on additional administrative tasks as needed.
