Our dynamic Chiropractic Clinic is interviewing for a Chiropractic Assistant. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Job Description:
· Enthusiastically greet patients by name at each appointment
· Direct patient flow into Therapy and Treatment Rooms
· Assist doctor with therapy treatments
· Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic services
· Work as scribe for doctor, as needed
· Ensure clinic environment is clean/organized. Maintain room cleanliness between patient visits.
· Assist with desk duties: payments, explain fees/insurance, take/make phone calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and prepare patient documents
Qualities:
· Friendly, motivated and brings positive energy
· Ability to multitask with high attention to detail and accuracy
· Communicate effectively with management, staff & patients (verbal & written)
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and protocols
· Computer savvy with software, such as Microsoft Office and scheduling program
· Accuracy with basic math skills and data entry
· A team player who is eager to contribute to a positive and collaborative environment
· Well-groomed and professional appearance
· MUST be dependable and have own reliable transportation
