As a Systems Analyst/Tableau Super-User you will be at the forefront of Agile teams creating computer systems and data visualization solutions to improve business processes and support management decision making for our Gov't customer.
Data/Systems Analyst (Tableau)
Onsite in either Springfield, VA or Chantilly, VA
TS/SCI
Required Skills and Experience:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program, or related equivalent additional experience.
- Minimum 12 years of related experience required.·
- Proven experience as an analyst or developer, working with Tableau driven dashboards and analytics.
- Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structures and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
- High-level competency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc...).
- Solid understanding of SQL, RDBM systems, data modeling and normalization.
- Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze user needs and develop solutions within time and budget constraints.
- Familiarity with Configuration Management, Change Management, and Security policies.
