As a Remote Membership Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in empowering individuals to take the first step in their fitness journey while contributing to the growth of our dynamic franchise network.
What You’ll Do
- Engage & Inspire: Connect with prospective members via phone, email, and social media to understand their goals and introduce them to our programs.
- Drive Results: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into members for our flagship brands, including THE MAX Challenge and Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping.
- Build Relationships: Foster trust and rapport with leads by providing a supportive, empathetic, and informative experience.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with our marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay Organized: Manage leads effectively through our CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups and detailed record-keeping.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or related industries.
- Passion for Fitness: Excitement for promoting health and wellness and a genuine belief in our mission.
- Outstanding Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets and a results-oriented mindset.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems and virtual communication tools.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $17/hour.
