Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Regional Director of Business Development to expand our presence in the Midwest Region. As a 1099 contractor, you will operate independently to identify new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. This role offers uncapped earning potential through a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals.
- Identify, target, and secure new clients within manufacturing, logistics, utilities, legal, aerospace, and renewable energy industries.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to drive business opportunities.
Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry leaders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored recruitment and business solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients across the Midwest.
- Track and report on key sales metrics, pipeline activity, and market opportunities.
Networking & Market Presence
- Represent The McKenny Group at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Establish and expand our presence within the Midwest region.
- Leverage digital marketing, social media, and partnerships to enhance brand awareness.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven Experience: 5 years in business development, sales, and recruitment, preferably within manufacturing, logistics, renewable energy, aerospace, or legal industries.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to work independently and drive business growth without direct supervision.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, pitch solutions, and close deals.
- Strong Network: Established connections within the Midwest business landscape.
- Commission-Driven Mentality: Motivated by performance-based earnings with uncapped commission potential.
- Flexibility & Travel: Ability to work remotely while traveling as needed within the Midwest.
