Job Description
As a Nurse Assistant at The Meadows of Delphos, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Learning new skills and earning more money through our nationally recognized Apprenticeship Program.
- Participating in daily nursing reports and taking detailed notes.
- Helping residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them when needed.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when necessary.
