Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Medication Aide to join our team. As a Medication Aide at The Meadows of Leipsic, you will be responsible for preparing, administering, and documenting medications used across our health campus. You will also maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide)
- Experience as a QMA or CMA in a long-term care or home care setting is preferred
