The position is responsible for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Collection, Human Resources, and Payroll functions in accordance with GAP.
We are in search of a dynamic, creative and proven professional with experience specific to retirement housing, assisted living, long-term care or related fields to join our team.
· Perform accounting functions
. Conduct financial pre-screening for all potential residents
. Facilitate monthly billing of all Payors including Private, Institutional, Insurance, State, and Diversion.
· Monitor and conduct billing and collection activities
. Oversee the submission and completion of all Institutional, Insurance, State, and Diversion applications
· Analyze collections on a monthly basis. Assesses resident accounts, review and make recommends for action/write-offs
. Manage AP, Payroll (ADP), and HR functions.
· Ensure procedures are followed to achieve an accurate and timely closing at month end

Qualifications
- Proven office and clerical experience in a professional setting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and payroll management
- Experience in bookkeeping and budget management
- Familiarity with medical office management and vendor relations
- Ability to manage schedules and provide administrative support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
