As an MBA Summer Intern, you’ll work directly with senior leadership to support acquisition pipelines and deal execution. This is ideal for a highly analytical MBA student passionate about growth strategy, M&A, and healthcare services.

Responsibilities
- Support all stages of the acquisition process: target identification, outreach, due diligence, and integration planning.
- Conduct market and financial research on potential acquisition targets in post-acute care and senior services. Build and update valuation models and pro forma financials.
- Assist with internal and external due diligence coordination. Prepare investment memos, executive presentations, and board reports.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal teams during deal execution.
- Current MBA student (preferably between first and second year).
- Background in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate development preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter, able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced setting.
- Passion for healthcare, M&A, and strategic growth.
- Hands-on exposure to live M&A transactions.
- Mentorship from C-suite leadership.
- Insight into healthcare deal structures, valuation, and integration.
