The Medical Scribe at MedElite is responsible for providing direct support to physicians and clinical staff by accurately documenting patient encounters, managing administrative tasks, and helping to maintain clinical flow at partner facilities. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assist them in capturing accurate and detailed documentation of patient visits into the EMR system in a timely manner.
- Assist providers in organization of medical records and schedules.
- Trouble shoot problems with providers to ensure notes are completed in a timely manner to support billing and continuity of care.
- Collaborate with internal managers to analyze information on providers needing assistance with medical records and notes.
- Maintain a schedule of providers needing assistance.
- Aspiring healthcare professionals (medical, PA, or nursing school).
- Comfortable with fast-paced clinical environments.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with EMR systems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with strong bedside manner.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
