We are seeking skilled and compassionate ST/SLP to work with our clients/patients and facilitate their speedy recovery.
Locations: Arlington County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County
Job type: Part Time/PRN/Weekends
Settings: Private Homes and Senior Living Communities
Responsibilities:
SLP: Responsibilities includes evaluating home care patients to determine type of speech or language disorder and recommend appropriate corrective therapy. Conducts initial evaluation independently if speech therapy is the only service ordered, as assigned. Instructs other clinical staff members in methods of assisting home care patients to improve and correct speech disabilities.
Qualifications:
· Valid ST/SLP Therapist License in the State of Virginia
· Two-years of Therapist experience preferred.
. Minimum of one-year experience in or Home Health agency preferred.
