Position Highlights :

  • Desirable Practice Setting :

Schedule flexibility with clinical and OR days and ability to use protected day based on desires of the provider

  • Dedicated OR block time
  • Favorable Call Schedule :

    • 1 : 7 for orthopedic spine call

  • Additional call available for general orthopedic, but not required
  • Culture & Support :

    • Team of adult spinal disease trained neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, physiatrists, nurses and rehab therapists

  • Respected and supportive department chair
  • Leadership Opportunities Available

    • Compensation & Benefits :

  • 2-Year Guarantee : $800K-$850K
  • Rewarded generously for production : No cap on RVUs
  • Relocation Assistance : Up to $30K
  • Professional Development : $2500 annual CME allowance
  • Lucrative Retirement : Up to 17.5% retirement match

    • Qualifications :

  • Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Orthopaedic Surgery Spine Fellowship Required
  • Candidates with a background in Neurosurgery also accepted
  • Eligibility forMississippi medical licensure
