Class "A" multifamily community, Mansions on the Plaza, is actively seeking a Concierge!!!
Responsibilities :
- Greeting and register visitors
- Arranging transportation, assisting with luggage and providing directions
- Accepting packages, arranging dry cleaning and other service pick-ups and deliveries
- Responding to and following up on resident complaints or service requests
- Monitor security systems and security cameras
- Additional services as needed for maintaining a first-class level of resident service, care and safety.
