SERVER/Bartender POSITION: Friday, Saturday and Sunday availability is required along with 1 or 2 weekdays. Must have reliable transportation.

Server – learn a new set of skills as a professional server. Our PPA is over $50 which means strong earning potential! We specialize in celebrations; date night, anniversaries, promotions, birthdays, special events, etc… Dining at the Melting Pot is a celebration! Be ready to deliver service that is truly part of a special occasion! Pay $5.05/hour tips.
The server is responsible for providing the Perfect Night Out throughout a guest's dining experience. Servers must promote and maintain positive guest relations always exceeding the guests' expectations. They are expected to suggestively sell wine and food products and account for every product served. They must adhere to and maintain company policies, standards, and comply with local alcoholic beverage laws. Servers must be 19 years or older with reliable transportation. This is an evening position, and must have weekend availability. No experience necessary. Positive, outgoing personalities are a definite plus. Good work ethic a must.
