Position Summary:
Fast-paced Behavioral Health practice is seeking a candidate who will be a member of a team of Scheduling Specialists that triage calls coming into the agency from persons seeking clinical services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
This full-time position involves screening requests from individuals and other agencies for MHCGM clinical services. The position requires telephone interviewing and assessment skills, referral and placement, handling emergency calls, and accessing appropriate resources for persons in crisis.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must have excellent communication skills, an ability to multi-task, data entry proficiency, attention to detail, and confidentiality a must.
Requirements
Qualifications: Computer experience: Microsoft Office, Excel, and experience with an Electronic Medical Record preferred.
Education: The position requires a minimum of a High School diploma.
Experience: Three-plus years of office experience is a plus.
