We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work directly with retail account representatives (e.g., Kohl’s, Wayfair, Target) to manage product listings, resolve issues, and improve performance.
- Ensure all product listings comply with retailer-specific requirements, including content, pricing, and promotional guidelines.
- Submit new product listings, pricing updates, and other content changes through retailer portals.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate stock information and prevent stock out or overselling.
- Assist in drop shipping operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
- Audit and update product detail pages (PDPs), ensuring accurate descriptions, images, specifications, and SEO-optimized content.
- Upload and manage product assets (images, videos) on various retail and marketplace platforms.
- Work with internal teams to execute seasonal promotions, pricing updates, and product launches.
- Ensure product listings are properly categorized and optimized for searchability.
- Work within ERP systems to manage order processing, inventory tracking, and pricing updates.
- Assist in streamlining eCommerce workflows and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency.
