Shift: 8am - 5 pm Monday - Friday, Hybrid

Summary
Provides administrative support to the compensation department, which includes but is not limited to data entry, report generation, assisting with salary analysis, and ensuring compliance with compensation policies. Assists with the administration and maintenance of the various salary administration programs (salaried, non-bargaining, and bargaining). Prepares and processes pay actions and documents. Performs biweekly audits and administers various bonus programs. Assists with gathering market benchmarks and conducting equity reviews. Completes salary survey questionnaires and handles other compensation projects as assigned. Maintains job description records. Addresses employee inquiries regarding compensation-related matters. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.

Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business field.

Qualifications
Required:
- Possesses one of the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related business field.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including designing and building spreadsheets.
- Detail orientation with analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare leadership-ready documents.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with all levels of leadership, employees, and members of the HR team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
