- Customer Engagement: Provide detailed product information, answer inquiries, and offer demonstrations or samples
- Promotion Assistance: Support customers with completing order or registration forms during events
- Pricing Knowledge: Communicate approximate product package quotes effectively
- Event Reporting: Keep detailed records of event traffic, customer feedback, and challenges to help improve customer service
- Customer Service Experience: Direct event-based customer service experience is a plus
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management with the ability to thrive in dynamic settings
