The Program Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the services specified in the DDS / DMH Intensive Community Wrap-Around Supports contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads and supervises the Intensive Community Wrap Around team, which includes clinicians, nurses, team coaches, consultants, and peer mentors.
- Provides essential training for the clinical treatment team on topics such as autism spectrum disorder, ABA / PBS, serious mental illness, and evidence-based practices.
- Facilitates daily communication among team members to ensure collaboration, planning, and action.
- Manages all referrals for the Community Treatment Team, including tracking, responding to the funder, and maintaining active rosters and wait lists.
- Ensures that all required clinical assessments are scheduled and completed within established timelines.
- Attends regional and statewide meetings to report on program progress and contributes to the statewide planning of service components.
- Accurately submits billing and program expenditure documentation within required timelines.
