We are actively seeking a Fiscal and Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in the Holyoke office, working alongside our Fiscal Coordinator and Fiscal and Office Administrator (Supervisor) to support their daily fiscal and administrative needs. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of their administrative processes. The person will be the visitors' first in-person point of contact, fostering a welcoming and warm environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of common spaces
- Provide meeting preparation and administrative support to executive-level positions
- Ability to anticipate fiscal and administrative needs in a non-profit committed to social justice
- Effective interpersonal skills to create a positive environment
- Team-oriented, yet able to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with fiscal processes, financial projects, and activities
- Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations
- Strong organizational skills and sound judgment; collaborative spirit
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, databases, and online communication tools
- Familiarity with billing, bank account management, and financial record-keeping
- Advanced Excel skills (worksheet creation, formulas, data management, etc.)
- Demonstrated commitment to social justice
- Proficient in account reconciliation and follow-up for timely processing
- Ability to guide projects to timely completion
- Commitment to valuing diverse experiences and honoring differences
- Fluency in Spanish – bilingual and bicultural candidates preferred
- Bookkeeping, accounting, or fiscal experience preferred
