Position: In-person Temp HR Generalist

Pay Rate: $24 to $26 per hour

Position Overview: We seek a dedicated Temp HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Activities: Conduct recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Onboarding and Orientation: Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- HR Administrative Support: Manage HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and updating HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee relations matters and conflict resolution, fostering a positive work environment.
- HR Projects and Initiatives: Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to improving HR practices.
- Benefits and Payroll Administration: Assist with benefits administration and payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, thoroughly understanding current regulations.
- General HR Support: Provide HR support to employees and management as a resource for HR-related inquiries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
