Your Job Summary:
As a Senior Engineer, Seating Systems DRE, you will lead the design and development of our Seating Systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and safety.
Key Tasks:
- Develop and implement industry-leading Seating Systems that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and seamless project execution.
- Work closely with suppliers to guarantee technical excellence and on-time delivery.
- Contribute to the packaging, engineering, release, and launch of Seating commodities and Systems.
Essential Skills:
- 7 years of experience as a technical engineer leading seating development projects.
- Proven knowledge of complete vehicle seating systems and/or structures.
- Experience with safety regulations, FMVSS, ECE & ADR.
- Strong understanding of automotive seating industry benchmarks and trends.
- Hands-on experience developing Seating Systems DVP&Rs & DFMEAs.
