Your Role:
As a Senior Engineer, Seating Systems DRE, you will be responsible for designing and developing industry-leading seating systems that meet the highest standards of luxury, craftsmanship, performance, safety, ergonomics, and functionality.
Responsibilities:
- Be a significant contributor to our world-class Seating System engineering team.
- Create groundbreaking Seating Systems that exceed customer expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other vehicle systems.
- Work closely with suppliers to guarantee technical excellence and on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience as a technical engineer leading seating development projects.
- Proven knowledge of complete vehicle seating systems and/or structures.
- Experience with safety regulations, FMVSS, ECE & ADR.
- Strong understanding of automotive seating industry benchmarks and trends.
- Hands-on experience developing Seating Systems DVP&Rs & DFMEAs.
