Job Title: Call Center Representative

Job Type: Full Time (40 hours/week)

We are currently seeking a friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented individual to join our call center in Norfolk, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish), dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer support.

Job Type:

• Full-time, On-Site (5 days per week, 40 hours per week)
• Must have availability to work at least one weekend day

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner (no cold calling)
• Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and support requests
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening and clear communication
• Meet quality, productivity, and call metrics goals
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer experience

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer care
