Salary : 17 per hour

Job Title : Call Center Representative

Job Type : Full Time (40 hours / week)

Location : Norfolk, VA

We are currently seeking a friendly, patient, and customer-service oriented individual to join our call center in Norfolk, Virginia . This is an excellent opportunity for a bilingual (English and Spanish),dedicated, and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer support.

Job Type :

Full-time, On-Site (5 days per week, 40 hours per week)
Must have availability to workat least one weekend day

Responsibilities :

Handle customer calls in a professional and courteous manner (no cold calling)

Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and support requests

Provide excellent customer service through active listening and clear communication

Meet quality, productivity, and call metrics goals

Collaborate with the team to continuously improve customer experience

Requirements :

Fluency in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)

Minimum 1 year of customer service or call center experience

Strong verbal and written communication abilities

Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

Commitment to providing exceptional customer care

Compensation and Benefits :
