- Comply with safety policies and procedures, actively promoting a culture of safety as the Number One Core Value.
- Oversee takeoff and pricing of project costs, including labor rates, bond rates, insurance, and other job-specific information in HCSS.
- Ensure bid documents conform to addenda or modifications, maintaining the integrity of the bid files and process.
- Direct estimators working on bids, manage pre-bid schedules, and assist with subcontractor and vendor selection.
- Suggest pre-bid testing for increased accuracy and ensure proper coverage, including DBE requirements.
