Job Title: Credentialing Manager (Contract to Hire)
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite Monday - Friday)
Job Description: We are seeking a Credentialing Manager for a contract to hire role. This is an in-person position requiring a dedicated professional to manage credentialing processes and supervise a small team of credentialing specialists.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Health and Human Services, Behavioral Science, or a related field. A Master’s Degree with two years of experience and two years of supervisory experience can substitute.
Required Experience: Four years of credentialing experience in a human services agency, community center, healthcare facility, academic, or research setting.
Licenses/Certifications: Valid Texas Driver’s License; CPMSM – NAMMS certification required or must be obtained within one year of hire.
Compensation:
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay: $30.00 - $33.00 per hour, conversion to salary after contract duration
Expected hours: 40 per week
