What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at The Midtown Group?
One of our government clients is looking for an outstanding receptionist to join their office on a long-term basis. This role would last for at least a year with multiple option years! This individual would be responsible for answering multiple phone lines, greeting visitors to the agency, and providing information and other resources to the public. This role will interview and start ASAP!
Duties:
- Answer multiple phone lines for busy federal office
- Greet visitors to the office
- Provide information and other resources to visitors
- Manage office supplies or other needs for office
Requirements:
- Previous experience answering phones and managing front desk responsibilities
- Strong customer service skills
