Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll Administrator located in Piscataway, NJ. The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for processing payroll, managing garnishments, handling payroll taxes, managing employee benefits, and performing accounting tasks. Duties include ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining payroll records, calculating deductions, and responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
Qualifications
- Skills in Payroll Administration, including processing payroll and maintaining payroll records
- Experience with Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
- Paycom and/or Implementation experience a BIG PLUS
- Accounting skills relevant to payroll procedures
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with payroll software systems
- Experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
Salary : $55,000 - $60,000
