You Are :
Hungry for more of God!
Spirit-led, both in building the set list and while leading on Sundays ( not someone who just picks the top songs trending on CCLI)
Talented vocally and strong musical experience with guitar, keys, or other instruments
Able to lead worship solo (just you and your instrument) on a Sunday morning if needed
Experienced in building, leading, and mentoring a team
A self-starter who proactively identifies problems and creates solutions
Drawn to the worship style of Bethel Music, Elevation Worship, Hillsong, Maverick City Music, Upper Room, Jesus Culture, etc.
You Will :
Lead worship while being passionate about recruiting, equipping, and empowering other worship leaders and musicians
Work closely with the lead pastor each week to ensure the worship and sermon enhance one another
Have ownership of the entire worship experience on Sundays, not only what happens up on the platform but also all things tech (soundboard, ProPresenter, lights, camera, Planning Center)
Foster a culture of feedback where team members including yourself, check their egos at the door, and are able to give and receive feedback in a grace-filled environment
The Perfect Fit Is :
Comfortable behind a digital soundboard
Familiar with livestream mixing and software
Compensation :
The compensation package is competitive and negotiable based on qualifications, experience, and an agreed upon scope of roles and responsibilities.

Pay : $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours : 10 20 per week
