The Global Security Services is seeking to fill a Group Leader (GL) position. In this position the successful candidate will provide technical and managerial support for a team of compliance professionals supporting NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC L1 / L2 compliance requirements for Corporate IT systems and / or enclaves.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a team of compliance professionals focused on supporting the compliance posture of Corporate IT systems, applications and services.
- Ability to motivate staff while leading the compliance team by example.
- Ability to direct projects and assign, communicate tasks effectively to staff.
- Evaluate staff performance, write performance evaluations and conduct staff performance reviews.
- Communicate effectively with senior department management; weekly status reports, problem / issue escalations, team / staff recognitions, leadership briefings / meetings.
- Build effective working relationships with InfoSec, Enterprise Technology (ET) staff, ET management regarding compliance policies / procedures and implementation.
