This role involves precise attention to detail reviewing contracts for policy accuracy and provide day-to-day support customer support. Essential Functions Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with the Advisor and Client Executive to service clients
- Partner with Advisors, Client Executives, and Investment team to prepare meeting materials for Advisors and Client Executives
- Oversee the delivery of client reporting materials, client scheduling, and client committee membership
- Assist Advisors and Client Executives in retention of existing clients
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with key personnel at recordkeepers and TPA’s; serve as primary internal contact for service needs
- Responsible for the preparation of cost summaries for Account Manager review
- Review and maintain information in client management
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated skills: problem-solving, sense of urgency, detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills with keen attention to detail; professional presentation
- Strategic thinker with ability to prioritize projects

Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3 years experience with account management support or similar role
