Learning Objectives
- Learning Development
- Collaborate with business partners to refine career and learning paths for associates
- Develop and build internal-use websites to facilitate easy access and navigation
- Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions and workshops for associates
- Help maintain training materials and resources
- Support in tracking associate participation and feedback to improve learning opportunities
- Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation and business partner training and utilization
- Assist in preparing for career fairs and networking events
- Aid in additional talent acquisition tasks such as job posts, research, partnering with marketing, enhancing our talent acquisition resources and more
- Human Resources
- Support day-to-day HR operations by assisting with associate inquiries and HR documentation
- Contribute to the enhancement of the onboarding process
- Culture and Engagement Initiatives
- Support the development and execution of initiatives that enhance company culture and reinforce our core values
- Special Projects
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects that contribute to the efficiency and success of the People Culture team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives aimed at improving partnership between the Learning Development team and MJ Associates and Leadership
- Take on research tasks, report preparation, and other project-based work as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Interest in people operations, organizational culture, training and HR practices.
- Excellent research abilities and analytical mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Location: Carmel, Indiana (onsite)
