We are seeking an Associate Sourcer on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is hybrid (4 days onsite and 1 days remote/week) in Santa Monica, CA.
Working closely with the Recruiting team, you will assist in efforts in finding the best talent by ensuring the best possible candidate experience.

Responsibilities
- Schedule, facilitate, and host phone, video, and onsite interviews for candidates
- Organize, prioritize, and monitor scheduling requests through the internal ticketing system
- Communicate as-needed with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers, and other parties involved with the interview process
- Reschedule and problem-solve as needed when candidate interview schedules require changes
- Act as a spokesperson of the company throughout all facets of the recruiting process, and during all communications with candidates
- Greet, host, and close out candidates during their onsite visit
- Maintain scheduling metrics such as interview volume and weekly progress reports
- Manage quarterly projects and other coordination programs as needed
- BA/BS degree required
- 1 years of coordination experience, recruiting or HR preferred
- Someone that has ability to mange high volume of candidates and recruiter screens.
- Prior experience working in Worklday rRecruiter very helpful
- Someone with a knack for organization who can bring order to chaos
- An effective problem solver who is able to think and react quickly
- Able to work well in high volume scenarios
- An excellent communicator who enjoys fostering new relationships
- Focused on creating a great candidate experience
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and the Google Suite
