Content Operations Coordinator (Los Angeles, Bay Area or NYC)

Our Customer is seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Contingent Worker to serve as a Content Operations Coordinator to support their business needs. This role is onsite in Los Angeles, San Francisco Bay Area or NYC.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination with recruitment partners that support the company in a critical acquisition campaign, including assure recruitment partners are fully onboarded into the system and are properly trained on process
• Adapt messaging and information provided to recruitment partners as needed to increase performance from recruitment partners in accordance with company guidelines
• Relay critical information and learning to team members regarding market insights, changes, and opportunities for better performance
  
  

Qualifications

• 8 years of work experience
• 3 years of experience in business development or sales roles
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to use high discretion to make decisions that meet the project’s objectives
• Previous experience working for content platforms (i.e. YouTube, TikTok, Spotify, Facebook, Instagram) or for creator agencies preferred
• Previous experience as a content creator or content producer for social media content preferred
