Responsible for secretarial and administrative duties for the President. Duties include :
- Correspondence (writing skills must be excellent)
- Scheduling appointments
- Making travel arrangements
- Telephone interfacing with clients
- Some light bookkeeping
- Filing
- Significant interaction / coordination with executive’s family
- Assisting with the preparation of marketing presentations
- Book travel
- Manage executive's calendar
- Answer phone, monitor and route emails
- Follow up on correspondence
- Supervise one direct report
- Other duties as assigned
Limited travel may be required. Some long days and regular Saturday (1 / 2 day) meetings should be expected.
Work Schedule :
40 hrs / week, Permanent (W2), 3 days a week in-person office, Saturday 1 / 2 day ONCE PER MONTH.
Compensation :
Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Preferred Skills :
Experience : 5 - 8 years experience preferred.
