Project Manager (Hybrid - San Diego, CA)

We are seeking a Project Manager on a contract basis to support our Customer’s business needs. This role is a hybrid setup in San Diego, CA.

We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for tackling tough customer problems to join their team and serve as a technical program manager and drive winning results! If you’re passionate about building delightful and technically advanced products at scale that drive ease and improved tax preparation for the customers, we would love to have you join. The role is responsible for stewarding high quality,mission critical GenAI powered initiatives and driving transformational change to TurboTax features and capabilities.

Qualifications

• Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred
• Strong Program Management experience, including 8 years rigorously planning and leading medium-large sized programs or multiple smaller software programs, ideally on AI products.
• Problem solving mindset, with the ability to come up with creative solutions to difficult problems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Intermediate level understanding of technical systems either via education or past experience
• Basic understanding of AI and NLP (natural language processing) concepts
• Strong product sense (ability to understand customer needs and prioritize creative solutions for them)
• Computer science or other technical education or equivalent work experience preferred
• Agile training and experience preferred
