Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: client home's
Hours: Day or evening hours
Clients: To support one to three adult clients
Mission: To serve individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities with building momentum in their lives to reach their highest potential.
Role Responsibilities:
- Implements behavior support plans (BSP) as instructed by the behavior analyst
- Collects skill acquisition and behavior reduction data
- Communicate efficiently with the behavior analyst and support teams when needed.
- Complete all required training of agency.
- Ensure all required documentation including data entry and session notes are completed prior to the end of session.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures of the agency.
- Adhere to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board code of ethics.
- Maintain certifications with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Provide proof of registered behavior certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
- Complete and pass a background screening with the Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
