What You’ll Do
Paid Advertising & Media Buying
- Launch, scale, and optimize TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns
- A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversions
- Optimize ad budgets to maximize ROAS and reduce CAC
Content & Organic Growth
- Develop viral TikTok strategies using UGC, influencer marketing, and trends
- Optimize TikTok Shop & social commerce for direct conversions
- Work with creators to produce high-converting ad creatives
Landing Page & Funnel Optimization
- Build and optimize landing pages that convert paid & organic traffic
- Improve checkout flows, AOV, and retention strategies
- Run A/B tests on pricing, offers, and page layouts to drive revenue growth
Data & SEO Optimization
- Track, analyze, and improve marketing KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, etc.)
- Leverage Google Analytics, Looker, and SEO tools to refine campaigns
- Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to high-intent pages
Who You Are
- 4-6 years in growth marketing, paid media, or eCommerce marketing
- Proven success scaling DTC brands through TikTok, Google Ads & SEO
- Expert in Shopify, Klaviyo, and performance-tracking platforms
- Deep understanding of TikTok Ads, UGC content, and social commerce
- Experience in CRO, A/B testing, and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics & Looker
- Ability to work on-site in Orlando, FL & collaborate with a high-energy team
