Job Description
We're seeking a Clinical Home Manager to provide program management and oversight for high risk / high need clients in a Clinical Home with varying and individualized needs and behavioral implications.
You will :
- Participate in hiring, training, evaluating and supervising all program staff
- Work in conjunction with Clinical Residential Coordinator on the process of certifications
- Collaborate with behaviorist, clinicians, RN's and Case Management
- Coordinate staff scheduling for program coverage and training
- Ensure that program operations, budgetary needs, billing units, documentation, client and staff schedules and program activities are in compliance with state, federal and Agency regulations and policies
- Act as designated trainer for staff on behavior plans, service agreements, client-specific needs and risk management plans for clients as needed
- Ensure adherence to all behavior plans, service agreements, client-specific needs and risk management plans
- Support clients in maximizing independence to the highest degree possible, by provision of resources
- Prepare and keep track of all client appointments and locations of such appointment, as well as collect relevant documentation
- Keep organized clinical books in accordance with State Regulations and Requirements for certification purpose
- Cover shift as necessary to meet client to staff ratio per-clients ASA / RMP / BXP
- Be on-call and available when needed and for calls pertaining to client incident reports (per IR report writing procedure)
