Job Summary:
As a Loan Servicing Onboarding Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients' success by guiding them through the onboarding process and empowering them with the knowledge they need to maximize their use of The Mortgage Office® software. You will be the go-to expert who helps new clients hit the ground running and ensures they achieve long-term success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition to our software.
- Product Training: Conduct engaging and informative training sessions via Zoom, addressing client-specific needs and industry best practices.
- Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to tailor the software to their loan servicing workflows and operational goals.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing assistance, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring clients feel confident using the platform.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with Sales, Product, and Support teams to relay client feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine onboarding workflows and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing to enhance team efficiency.
- Documentation: Create and update training materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles to support self-service learning.
- Retention & Success: Proactively monitor client progress and ensure long-term satisfaction by identifying potential challenges and offering solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Ideally 3 years working in loan servicing, mortgage operations, and/or software onboarding.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with database queries (Microsoft Access / Microsoft SQL Server).
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing strategic solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Attention to detail, time management, and ability to juggle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with loan servicing concepts, accounting principles, and mortgage industry regulations is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with SaaS platforms in the mortgage or lending industry.
- Understanding of API integrations and third-party software solutions.
