The Talent Management Manager is responsible for developing and implementing workforce planning processes and tools to drive workforce analysis and forecasting. This role will partner with People Analytics and HRBPs to advise on organizational design that enhances organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, this person will analyze workforce data (engagement, exit and new hire surveys) to provide actionable insights, contribute to talent management strategies, and support the design and evaluation of programs that improve employee engagement and overall organizational performance.
What you’ll do:
Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Effectiveness:
- Conduct workforce analysis and forecasting to leverage Talent Management programs and processes design and continuous improvement.
- Design and evaluate programs that enhance organizational efficiency, culture, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidelines and tools for Organizational Design.
- This role is the Talent point of contact for execution of Talent related actions on Strategic Business Projects (including M&A).
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Work as a thought partner with People Analytics to collect and analyze workforce data and market trends.
- Provide reports and presentations to HR and/ or Business stakeholders on workforce trends and organizational effectiveness metrics.
Consultation:
- Demonstrate thought leadership and subject matter expertise and provide guidance as needed on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness topics.
Interpersonal/ Indirect Leadership:
- Act as a critical internal advocate for Talent Management, ensuring frequent and consistent communication and integration between the team members and other internal/external stakeholders.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Master's Degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in workforce planning, HR, or organizational effectiveness.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- Change management experience
- Organizational design experience
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Organizational Development, Analytics, Business Strategy, or related fields preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate and influence effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
