Job Description:
Mosser Construction Inc. (Mosser) has an immediate opening for a Bridge/Structures Project Manager. This individual will be part of the team in implementing the company’s long-term growth strategy into an actionable and defined development plan. This position will oversee the day-to-day bridge and structures construction activities within the Heavy Civil Construction division. Additionally, this person will be involved in the preconstruction process ranging from bid selection through project start.
Leadership:

o Effectively lead the project team to deliver projects to achieve client and project objectives.
o Assist in leading bid pursuits, identifying risks and areas of advantage along with resource availability.
o Develop and maintain project schedules and work closely with the team to identify key milestones and minimize any impacts from outside sources.
o Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with all members of the Mosser Team, including senior management, ensuring clarity, collaboration, and alignment across all levels of the organization.
o Work in conjunction with Mosser teams to create, own and maintain schedules, budgets, and contracts during the project planning process
o Participate in the development and implementation of safety plans and procedures
o Identify and prioritize high-impact, urgent issues by analyzing workflows, gathering team feedback, and leveraging project management tools. Collaborate with and lead project stakeholders, implement solutions, monitor progress, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Business or similar.
o Preferred 7-10 years of construction industry experience in the structures/bridge construction industry
o Established history of delivering construction projects on time and on budget
o Strong knowledge in P6 scheduling and HCSS Heavybid software preferred.
o Department-level financial responsibility, budget creation, and management
