General duties include, but not limited to:
. Accepts legal and professional responsibilities as Supervising Pharmacist.
. Leads a team of Pharmacists, Certified Pharmacy Technicians and/or Pharmacy Interns
· Oversees all aspects of Pharmacy including both operational and clinical services and oversight of a USP 797 Cleanroom.
· Develops, monitors and reports of relevant metrics and pertinent KPIs
. Participates in review and revision of policies and procedures
. Leads or participates in interdisciplinary committees or task forces
. Assist the Senior Director with budget oversight for responsible areas
· Maintains compliance with all applicable policies, guidelines, standards and local, state and federal laws and regulations
· Performs any other related duties as required and assigned by Senior Director
