As our Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Admin, you’ll be the first impression for every patient who walks through our doors—and the friendly voice they’ll come to trust on the phone. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our clinic running smoothly, while supporting patients on their journey to better health.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly greeting patients and creating a welcoming, professional environment
- Managing check-in/check-out processes and scheduling appointments
- Coordinating with physical therapists to ensure smooth daily flow
- Handling billing, insurance verifications, and patient records
- Managing phone calls, emails, and appointment confirmations
- Supporting lead tracking and helping convert new patient inquiries into booked evaluations
