Requirements
- Prior experience in landscaping & hardscaping is recommended, but not required.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Reliability – Showing up on time and on scheduled days is a must.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions – heat, cold, rain, or wind.
- Physical stamina – Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing for long periods, and bending.
- Problem-solving mindset – Ability to adapt to challenges and ensure projects stay on track.
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to communicate effectively with clients, crew members, and management.
Tasks
- Lead a team to complete landscaping and hardscaping projects efficiently.
- Ensure quality control by overseeing all aspects of a project from start to finish.
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Perform landscape tasks such as mulching, edging, trimming, shrub removal, and more.
- Safely operate power tools and equipment for light excavation, trimming, cutting, and compacting.
- Communicate directly with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Manage project timelines and ensure materials and labor are used efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
