- Full-time employees: $24 per hour starting wage
- Part-time employees: Pay varies based on availability and experience
- Seasonal employees: Starting at $20 per hour

Requirements
Experience is not required, but we need the following:
- Reliability: Showing up on time and on scheduled days is a must.
- Transportation: You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to get to job sites.
- Adaptability to Weather: You should be comfortable working in various weather conditions—heat, cold, rain, or wind.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing for long periods, and bending.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to Learn: A desire to grow your skills in landscaping and hardscaping, with an eagerness to learn new equipment and techniques.
Tasks
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, edging, trimming, shrub removal, and more.
- Safely operate power tools and equipment for light excavation, trimming, cutting, and compacting.
- Assist with client communication throughout the project process.
- Work collaboratively with your team to execute projects efficiently, following company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and team about progress and any issues.
