The Mundy Companies, a leader in the industrial maintenance, services, and construction fields, is currently hiring the following for a Long-Term position in the Spartanburg, SC area:
RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR
Successful candidates must have three (3) years minimum experience in an industrial office environment and possess a working knowledge of recruiting and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the company.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and data in our recruitment system.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Assist with other administrative HR tasks as needed, including scheduling, reporting, and office coordination.
Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment or human resources preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Qualified candidates will be able to pass a criminal background check, substance abuse test, and other specific tests required.
