Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate must work well under pressure and must blend well into the Murray Team.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage reservations and check-ins efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Utilize phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
- Strong proofreading skills for written communication
- Familiarity with various phone systems and ability to type accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
