Job Title: Maintenance Person
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment, machinery, and general facilities. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs as needed.
Duties:
- Mow Grass, service and grease mower, able to weed eat, run an edger, pick up limbs, run a chain saw, maintain grounds
- Perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Some heaving lifting involved, trash barrels (55 gallon )
- Weld and fabricate parts as necessary for repairs
- Provide excellent
- Dust cars in museum, Polish Brass, upkeep to museum floor
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Experience:
- Able to drive tractor
- Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix equipment issues
- Welding and fabrication techniques a plus
- Excellent communication skills in
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Help with June Swap Meet and Special Car Shows when necessary
